I signed a contract in Dec. 2001 with a 500.00 retainer.
In Jan. 2002 I gave them an additional $3.000.00. I attended a seminar. The next step was that they would line up interviews.
I came with my own resume and tri-fold brochure, but I was new to the area and was willing to pay for someone to make contacts for interviews.
In the past 4 months I have had only one interview. I arrived a few minutes early waited 45 minutes to see the person I was scheduled to see
When I finally got into see him, he had no idea who I was or why I was there. Their firm was too small to hire a person in my capacity.
They told me when I signed up that they would fully research any company I went to, so I could be fully informed about the company, when I went for my interview.
They sent me one sheet of paper; it contained name, adress, phone, fax, and that his parents. I was trying to set up an interwiew on my own, and ask for background information.
From that experience I got nothing. I am desperate for a job I have shared this with them and begged them to set up at least one interview per week so far nothing. $3,500.00,41/2 months and I've had one 5 minute interview, trying to explain why I was there.
