They will aggressively pursue you to sign up a contract (12 month agreement) in exchange for ' Exclusive' Leads for a zip code you choose. Once they HAVE YOU, you are bound by the contract for what is the WORST leads in all of mortgage lead history.
A sample lead for $200/ (approximate price per lead) is: First Name: XXYUTS, Last Name: JKLMN, email: [email protected].
This is were you get hammered! They NEVER reveal the quality of the lead to you except that it is exclusive and complete and within 24 hours or less - There are NO phone mumbers for follow up calls many times and nothing else about them - GOOD Luck if you think you can get a hold of this prospect?
I tried to get out of my contract after MANY emails to all levels of managemnt and my assigned personal coach - but NO response except for an email reminder that I am obligated by contract and have to pay up in FULL or get out and pay a penalty! So, you decide if you have the extra money to burn on useless, invalid leads!
