I was brouseing threw the web and seen all of the remarks about voicestream and i asked my husband where was his bill because they have also ripped us off. And trying to make us pay a 1,710.21 it is sad because i have talked to these people on many occassions and they fail to do their job.
They told us that the bill was one thing and come to find out its anouther and then they authorized someone else to take out a cell phone on my husbands credit. So i told them that we are not paying for the other phone that we know nothing of.
So they are trying to send it too collections and i'm disputing it. So a gentleman from dci name gary called me to make me an offer to pay the bill of a thousand dollars and some change i told him your crazy you will be getting my husbands letter.
If voicestream was not at fault for their actions why is this man makeing deals? It makes you think? Also for the person who works for voice stream you need to check your self befor you reck your self.
Realize that you do not own the company and you are not gonna get a bonus for your statement. I thought that it was rather rude and very poor attitude for representig this company and i'am gonna make a copy and sent it to voice stream so that they can see how ignorent their employees are. If you work for me i would fire you.
There are other ways to approach the public when it comes to customer service if you plan to stay open. Also if you notice that your ignorance brought you hear to write something that dumb and stated that you work for the company.
So now i'm gonna do you a better favor and print it and also mail a copy to the media. And i hope that you can control your tongue the next time you have a reply and by the way i think that we all deserve an apollogy for your actions and i will see to it.
Ignorance is not where i'm from if it don't make $ it don't make cents and you could never be on anyones team being broke. So get in where you fit in and keep it real cause voicestream is not the deal.
