We has concern employees off Lakemary Weichert Realtors are very concern on one of our associate behavior. Stephanie Agosto doesn't seem to have any professionalism or knowledge of what she is doing. She can't handle stress, is unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. There has been incident's that we have witness were she has been on the phone with a potential customer and she has hanged up on them.in some instead the customer calls back thinking the conversation was disconnected. Then Stephanie Agosto again hangs up on the potential customer. She becomes very childish at times and think that hanging up on someone is professional or gets the problem solved.
Buying a house is one of the most important decisions a person can make. Its the most expensive purchase in most peoples lives. Stephanie Agosto doesn't seem to understand that. She becomes easily upset, unprofessional and childish with potential customer relatively quickly. There have been occasions where Stephanie Agosto had some drinks hours before coming to work. We have smelled it a few times. We have noticed red eyes which is a sign of alcohol abuse. Along with her breath and behavior Stephanie Agosto might me abusing alcohol. We live and work in the lakemary area. Its ashamed that we have someone like Stephanie Agosto representing us. I surely hope that customers don't think we're all has arrogant, selfish, childish, incompetent, disrespectful, greedy, stubborn, and aggressive has Stephanie Agosto. We're aware that the office opened on March. Stephanie Agosto failed her realestate test the first time. Even when she passed it the second time the place was barely a year old. Stephanie Agosto was on the right place on the right time to get her associate position. Which is ashamed because she doesn't belong here. Yes We needed associates to fill the office however Stephanie Agosto was the wrong choice no matter how desperate we were to fill a space. There're better choices than Stephanie Agosto maybe she can be replace by one of them. We all work and live in lakemark and it offenses us to have to see a person like Stephanie Agosto on our staff. We have had enough of her behavior patterns. She changes moods out of nowhere. One day she tells someone to do something when that person does it she screams at them like a child.
Stephanie Agosto is not very good at coming through with her promises and performance. I have never seen anyone break so many promises has Stephanie Agosto but its never her fault its always someones elses. We're all professional career adults here. Not little kids that when we get mad we put up our lips like Stephanie Agosto. When we say we're going to do something we do it like professional adults. Not give a big speech like her and not come through or get upset at potential customer and staff. Stephanie Agosto is very good at giving independent speeches but she is terrible at coming through were it counts. Its not about talking the talk its about walking the walk and she can't do that. We want a professional mature staff no kids games or someone who we have to carry on our shoulders like her. Stephanie Agosto has been very lucky so far that no potential customer has reported her or any staff until now has spoken up about her. I know we have lost business and respect with some potential customer because of her. Its unfortunate that we has adult have to deal with this. Most of us live and work around lakemary. The convenience of working close to home isn't worth the hassle of working with her.
