Our company name is Contractors Choice Lighting; we agreed to have Fidelity Credit Management as our collection agency on May 25 after many phone calls from their employee Linda Wheeler for our business. I submitted all together total 29 collection debts to them. We have a contract with Fidelity Credit Management would charge their add-on fees to the customers who owed us. On July Fidelity collected from 4 of our customers a total of $762.42 they kept for their fees $295.48 & we only got $466.94. We didnt get our check until November &that was only after I had to make several calls & emails to Linda asking for the check. She said check was mailed 2x. After months of waiting Ramsy Rahib the owner of Fidelity got called arguing with us, that WE had to pay the stop payment on the PHANTOM check and WE had to pay for Fed Ex charges for another check mailed! We agreed in good faith, after that I told Linda, we didnt want to work with them anymore, she promised she would take care of our account personally. Linda quit the company later on. We stayed with them with the assurance that Joey & Frank would handle our account. Around then we started receiving letters from clients & calls that also paid Fidelty.instead of an answer from Fidelity we are told our accounts are bad and they say they should not be in collections. Come on how many people that do not pay their bills admit they owe money and a reputable agency should know this. Plus the shear fact they collected on over 50% of our accounts makes the accounts good and valid. Yet when the owner of CCL (George Kalpa) spoke to Ramsey direct, ramsey made treats on how large Fidelity is & he would sue us and now that Linda is back because she could not get a better job the owner of CCL George Kalpa did not want to deal with Fidelty yet still did not fire them and asked for his money collected. Fidelity instead send us an email indictating that without notice (another violation) of the agreement they stopped collecting on our accounts (which is not true but we do have it in writing).
Finally when we pushed Ramsey with evidence form clients that they in fact did collect on more accounts he finally sent another check for only $584.29, which the 4 customers paid $1,087.88 and Fidelity collected $503.59 for themselves. I emailed Fidelity letting them know that was outrageous the fee they collected, & was not agreed to. Ramsy emailed us to never contact them again, after they DID NOT HONOR their contract with us, and stole half our monies. We demand an apology letter and the entire amount they collected as they deserve no fees since they made us go thru all this trouble or at least they owe us interest.
