I have Time Warner cable, not because I want to but where I live Dish doesn't work, I have Time Warner Roadrunner because Verison doesn't offer DSL where I live. Time Warner started to push the all in one service so I took the bait and had there digital phone service installed. All of this happened some time ago so I as a disabled vet have started a small internet business which requires telephone calls to Mexico. Well guess what, I couldn't call Mexico, Pamama, or anywhere else. My phone is blocked for 900 numbers which is OK, but I am also blocked for all International phone calls. I called to have the blocked removed and was told it would take 4 business days on Tuesday, I called on Wednesday and was told it would take 3 business days. I got a call today telling me they can't do it until Monday that is the Law. Tuesday I lost $5,000.00 thanks to Time Warner
I should have known, when I live in San Antonio, TX it was Paragon cable, with the high grand poopaw navaro williams.
