Failed to deliver consumer fraud ripoff Champlain New York

On February 6 I ordered three pairs of Slippers for a total of $22.70. The check was cashed on February 15 but as of this date I have not recieved my merchandise. Telephone calls to the company are not answered and thier website is down.in conducting a web search, I find numerous other people with the same problem from this company.
