Hoodiaforfree ripoff, stole my money after i cancelled and never sent product. No phone number or they hang up

Ordered free trial of hoodia thin and it made me sick so i cancelled and they stole my money and didn't even send the product. I am unable to get a hold of anyone who can verify the cancel. The company on my bank statement NovaPointe was rude and said they do not cancel they only take the money.
