It was too good to be true, lose weight while I'm sleeping? So of course I ordered their FREE sample. I entered my card info so they could bill me for the shipping and handling. A few days later, $108.07 was taken from my account by LeanLifePM. I called them to find out what was going on, and they said I "ordered" a years worth of pills... Which I didn't! Furious, I told the rep to reverse the charges, and she stated she couldn't until I returned the pills that were already on their way to me. So I waited for the pills, sent them back priority mail, called LeanLifePM back with the tracking number and I was told that when they receive the pills back, they'll credit me within 30 days. That was at the end of December.
In January, I called again, and I was told that I'd be credited no later than Feb 3. So I waited. I am still waiting.in the meantime, I'm not sitting still either. I've been calling 909.930.3087 for the past 6 days now, only to get an automated response after 6.5 minutes of bad elevator music. I've left probably a hundred messages by now, and I still have not heard from a soul at LeanLifePM. I've also emailed them at the address given on their website. I've probably inundated their system, but I don't care... I'm so mad, and of course my bank won't help me either!
