Sprint double billed that same amount of $331.18 on the same mastercard when my wife called in with the card to pay our bill. Sprint denies that this happened, and whenever I call the accounts receivable department and ask to speak with a supervisor, I am placed on hold, and the call is never picked up.
I just spoke with a representative ("zinya" EID# NYF) who told me that a supervisor was standing right next to her, that she would explain the situation with her supervisor, and the supervisor would get right on the line. I have been holding for 19 minutes and counting since she said that.
