And they are still at it.
They completely stopped sending me a monthly statement so I forgot about them. Next thing I know they are calling me night and day. EVERY night and day! I told them I never get a statement anymore and the first question they ask is, "have you moved?" NO! I have not moved. "Oh gee well we're sorry about that and we will fix it." "Would you like to make a payment by phone?" Okay so I made the payment
Next billing cycle, no statment... But I do get a card saying my payment is late. Called on phone and got an automated service that would only tell me my payment is late. I figured okay if they don't want my money...
I get a call..."Hi your payment is late." I tell them I didn't get a statment. "Oh, have you moved?" I tell them "NO!" But I did get their little reminder card. "Oh gee I'm sorry, we'll fix that." "Would you like to make a payment by phone?" "NO! Give me the address and I wil mail it." So she gives me the address and I mail a $150 payment
Next billing cycle, no statment. I don't care anymore. Then I get a call..."Hi your payment is late." I tell her I mailed a $150 payment and she says, "Oh, I don't see it here." Maybe she thinks I am lying. "Would you like to make a payment by phone?" I tell her "NO!" not until she/they/you guys find out where my $150 is. "Oh well you have to FAX us a photocopy of the back and front of the canceled check to Elaine Valentine so we can credit it to your account." She gives me the FAX number. It is, 336-903-6596.
I get the check. I photocopy it and FAX it with a note that says I wil not accept any more of they're calls. I also said that everytime someone calls me from Emerge I would re-FAX this letter 25 times the next day. I also told them I would make NO more payments without a statement.
The next day they called. I FAXed the letter 10 times in the morning and 10 times in the afternoon and 5 times that night. The NEXT day they called again so I FAXed it again.
Three days went by and they called again. I did the same thing. This went on for a week. Eventually they stopped calling.
I still don't get a statment.
