Surplusmasters.com frauded us!!!

We are a small company in Berlin, Germany.

We tried to establish a business relationship with SURPLUS MASTERS, acompany selling Apparel, Jewels and so on.

We wired in June an amount of nearly 1300 $ to their bank account for a sample order of Ralph Lauren Polo Shirts.

They didnt responded, were hardly to get via email and stated, they didnt get the money. I send them bank evidence, written papers, even my own bank tried to get in contact via fax.

They did not answered to one one of my mails for nearly half a year now.

Please advise.
Is there someone else being frauded by them?
