Ripoff did not order this service

I received an email from [email protected] thanking me for ordering me new nationwide voice messaging service. I never ordered any such service. I was doing a survey of some sort and a few minutes I received this thank you email. The cancellation page is not at www.nwvmessaging.com/cgi-bin/cancellations like they said when I went there to cancel this order.
