Here is one more complaint about Housevalues.
On Housevalues web page (www.housevalues.com) under "our customers" several real estate agents are quoting the great success they've achieved with Housevalues.
The catch is, two of the four agents that indicated they are located in California are not licensed by the California Dept of Real Estate... On their Investor relations page they claim a 65% customer (real estate agents) annual renewal rate!
One of the recent letters to complaint demonstrated mathmatically that the NON - renewal rate actually approaches 100%. That is a zero% renewal rate! All this makes me believe that not only do they misrepresent to the agents, but also to investors and possibly the SEC.
I have been told that if anyone can find an attorney that would file a class action suit Rip Off report will give us his/her contact information. Of course, complaint can not, and should not, publish our names or otherwise disclose information about us. But this is a good solution for us since we can do the contacting.
