This company insists on sending me 3 separate bills for their services... I only have one.
I talked to them on the phone and they played my voice back to me in order force me into making payments. My original call was stated as merely used as a "Training/quality of service use" and will be used for that only.
I have refused to talk to these people by phone since that time and requested to do business with them only by writing.
This is not a company you want to get involved in, it is definatly a rip-off. This whole experience with these people has been very unsatisfactory... Isn't using a person's voice against himself to aquire a financial gain called Extortion?
