Wrongful charges and misinformation Ripoff

I've only had this card since Dec-made a payment-no problem. For January I sent in my payment in ample time, but I am told it has not posted yet and they have no record of it. So, I was preparing to make a payment ON my due date and was still charged a late fee. The CSR said it was b/c my due date fell on the weekend and that my payment wouldn't be processed. The he proceeded to tell me that it states in the disclosures that it takes 48 hours for a payment to post.in the disclosures I received there is NOTHING stating that. And I have read this thing over at least 4 times and still I see nothing of which he or the other rep stated.

I find it strange that they won't give you the supervisor's or president of the company direct line or physical address. Nor will they give their extensions, or their supervisor's extensions. When I informed him of the disclosures I got he was quite rude and became irate. I'm fully aware that each bank has their own guidelines but this is insane. Having regulations and/or guidelines that only THEY know of and won't inform the customer. Especially when it affects the customer's credit.
