Well, it appears i am not alone in my vending nightmares with Vending Dreams. We signed an agreement in October to have 55 machines placed in AZ. I paid the $1,300, signed up with a charity, asembled all my machines. Basically I did everything Steven Mills, my sales guy, told me to do.

Here we are in January, and none of my machines have been placed. I was constantly given the run around by Ashley Fergusons, Susan Davis and Jim Ellis. I was told "oh someone is coming next week, block the dates" so we do that and NO ONE shows! Every time I call for any one at Vending Dreams, they are not in the office etc. Does anyone WORK in this company or do they just steal people's hard earned money.

I have taken action by filing a BBB complaint in December, Jim lied and said we refused the locator... Which is a bunch of bull and Jim, YOU KNOW IT! I promptly sent my rebuttal to the BBB. I would have screamed AMEN if a locator actually showed up!

I have checked and organized my phone logs for my lawyer and have made 67 phone calls to Vending Dreams since Mid-October. I have theam ALL on file, phone records do not lie. I also faxed and emailed a letter to Susan Davis, and she did confirm reciept. The last time I spoke to Jim Ellis on 12/29/05, yes I got him on the phone, we told him if we do not get our $1,300 back we will be persuing legal actions. He basically said 'go ahead and sue me, you won't win." Well, Jim, our lawyer thinks otherwise.

Ladies and gentlemen, I am a professional business woman and what Jim Ellis, Susan Davis, Ashley Ferguson & Steven Mills are doing, is ILLEGAL and corrupt. I am not going to swear, or go crazy and yell in this email, although I really want to! The fact is, we know what is going on and I want to invite you to join me in a class action lawsuit against this company. The more people the better.

I am not afraid to post my contact info to get the ball rolling. I WILL get back to you.

Upon completion of this email, I am filing a complaint with the FTC, Attorney General and Consumer Affairs. It is my goal to bring justice to everyone that has been harmed by these people.

*A MESSAGE TO JIM IF YOU SEE THIS*
Jim, go ahead and look up my info and try to say I am not a real customer or that these are lies... I dare you! The more you communicate with me and lie to me, the more ammo I have for my lawyer!

See you in court Jim! I am one of the "difficult" customers you had mentioned in a previous email, and I am going to make your life quite difficult in the VERY near future! I tried to play nice... But you wouldn't cooperate.
