I tried to locate my rebates from Wirefly and they have changed their way of tracking a rebate online. They now ask that you enter your phone number and birthdate to gain access to the rebate tracking area, but when I entered this information, I received a message saying I am not in their database.
It has been many weeks and I should have received my rebates in the mail by now.
I visited a couple of websites including usacomplaints.com and found many angry consumers who have gotten phones/service from Wirefly and are having trouble receiving rebates promised.
Even after following the rules for the rebates to a "T" I am thinking now I will not receive my rebates.
I have tried to call Wirefly's customer service but seem to have trouble finding someone willing to help me in resolving this issue; another problem is that it is very hard to understand and be understood by the CSRs as their command of the English language is less than desired.
I hope that a lawyer will bring a class-action lawsuit against this company. I will never do business with them again
