Is both unethical and prone to theft

This business' services involve body piercing and tattoos.in May I paid for services that were not rendered. Upon requesting a refund I was refused and threatened. As it stands now, Body Art Emporium has money in their possession that was not earned.in a technical sense, that is theft.

For all who read this in the vicinity of Terre Haute, Indiana, make sure you are not only aware of this practice, but also make it a point to inform others.

The propietor of this establishment goes by the name "Billy" and is not to be trusted. This business holds the claim that they are a Christian institution but but this claim is not substantiated by their behavior.
