Ripoff I paid for some items and never received them

I paid for 125 shirts. I paid 1500 dollars to Leslie about a month ago. She said things would be delivered in two weeks. I have not received and it is not about a month and a half. I want my money back but she said she was scammed by her supplier which I don't think is my problem. She told me she would give me a refund by Monday but she has not.
