David Graham (Las Vegas), Russell Lowry (Dallas) and Gregory Heyne (Dallas) are scam artist, liars and thieves! They are not to be trusted! Do not ever give them any money or you will be sorry! They ripped off my company for $2,500 plus another $1,660 in product and promotional items that they lost or refused to return. As you'll see by reading other reports, they constantly change their phone numbers and addresses to hide from creditors and those that they have ripped-off. The Reality Bar Crawl Site has no real contact information. If you send them an email it is automatically bounced back. They do not want to be found!
In 30 years of business, I've never experienced such a group of disorganized, dishonest people. Dave Graham is the single most irresponsible person I've ever worked with. Russ Lowry completely agreed with me and told me numerous stories of David Graham's abuses and mistakes. It was so bad that Russ Lowry and Greg Heyne, the other two owners of RBC fired Dave Graham and told me their Attorney was trying to find Dave to retrieve stolen files. Dave Graham now has his own, promotions company.
Russ Lowry rivals Dave Graham in the lying department. He strung us along for one year of broken promises, unreturned emails and phone calls!
Greg Heyne is guilty by associating with the likes of Dave Graham and Russ Lowry.
The Dallas Police Department suggests that we join the increasing number of lawsuits against these scam artists.

Do not, repeat, do not ever give any money to these fast talking scam artists Russell Lowry, David Graham or Gregory Heyne! You will be very sorry!
My company had a written contract and paid RBC thousands of dollars to promote our product at their events. As they were so poorly organized, many of the events were cancelled or had already passed, by the time they started promoting. They promised photos and video of our products in use we never saw anything at all!
They promised to put our web banner on their site for 6 months. What could be easier? It was only up sporadically, for a very short time.
They promptly lost all of our promotional products worth $400.
They claimed that they lost all of our products, worth $2,500. However, as noted here from a 2/19/05 email, Dave Graham admits that they have two of our units:
The [product] will be returned on Sunday, February 27th as requested. Only two of the [products] are in the Reality Bar Crawl possession.
They were never returned to us.
Similarly, on 6/4/05 Russ Lowry admits that he now has one unit, at his house. He promised week after week to send it to us. We finally offered to send UPS to his door and pay for the freight. He then lied and told me he didn't know his new address. As you can see from other reports on this and other sites, he continually changes phone numbers and address to hide from creditors and victims of their scams.
We suggested that they extend our contract to compensate for not completing even one thing that they promised. We wanted them to put our web banner back on their site. It would cost them nothing and take five minutes. Russ Lowry agreed to do so, but never did.instead of apologizing and trying to work something out, David Graham threatened us as follows:
If [you] feel the urgency to report Reality Bar Crawl to the Better Business Bureau that is its prerogative. Reality Bar Crawl is not a member of the bureau and Reality Bar Crawl will respond with a nuisance claim against [your company] as it is creating a filibuster in order to defame the name of Reality Bar Crawl
If [your company] files suit against Reality Bar Crawl, Reality Bar Crawl will have no choice then to respond accordingly. Reality Bar Crawl will also file suit against [your company] for libel and slander. Also, it will use to the best of its ability its national television commercials, national television show, DVD series, calendar, over 100 live events planned for Spring '05 to give its honest and fair opinion only that [your company] is not a company to do business
Anyone who uses the word filibuster in a sentence has obviously been down this road before. As you'll see in other reports, they have multiple suits pending. Dave Graham spent more time writing this three page, threatening document than he did in the entire 6 months he was supposed to be promoting our product. Then he was fired by Russ Lowry and Greg Heyne for incompetence.
Dave Graham now has his own promotions company. Beware!
The Dallas Police Department suggested that we file lawsuits against these individuals and their company.
