On 8/31/99 I placed an order with Petxpress for 12 monthly deliveries of dog food on the 15th of each month. I prepaid the entire order. To date, I have received 7 deliveries (4 of which were late) the last on 3/15/00. Petxpress.com does not respond to the numerous phone calls and e-mails that I have sent them inquiring as to the status of my order. I am out $99.70 for the 5 deliveries not received.
