They set my account up wrong from the start and haven't gotten it right yet.
I was sent the wrong phone, then the wrong plan, then the wrong number. Now I have been told that I don't have the minutes I was told that I have. I have been put on hold for hours at a time.
I can't ever get hold of a real live person and if I ever do, They don't know what the hell they are doing or even if they are telling you the truth.
I did get hold of one person at AXIN Corp. That has been trying to help me get this mess corrected, but now I can't even find him anymore. Bruce tried to get it corrected.
I just want to pay the bill I really owe and use my phone without being ripped off on minutes.
I have never went over my alloted minutes on peak minutes or off peak minutes.
I watch my usage tracker too close and make sure I don't go over.
I get a different story everytime I DO get hold of a real live person. No 2 stories are ever the same. One month I have 250 peak minutes & 3,000 weekend & night minutes, then the next I have 1,000 weekend & nights minutes.
If I don't get this resolved soon, I am turning it over to my Attorney.
Last month I called to get it straight and the lady told me that I had a $28.71 credit on my account and now 2 weeks later, I owe them $207.47.
I don't use the 556 minutes of peak that they are trying to charge me for in 2 months, much less in one month or just 2 weeks.
