Switced to Them Was supose to get 50 dedcusted on bill never happend. They wanted security DEposit which i got a credit Guarntee. Had a rep confirm it. I got my first bill the deposit still on there and no 50 credit. So i call them and they say that never was a credit gurantee faxed over. Which i conformed it from a CS rep. So they are scammers. So i call back to cancel service and go back to txu and they say ok. I call txu and get service with them they say be 2 weeks ok np. So i call Reliant back they tell me that i will have to pay a fee becuase its 3 days of the service reaccativation back to my name. And Thaty it might get canceled still in 3 days can not gurantee that so i might be with out electricity. Scammmmmmm
