I ordered Heartguard medicine from fleameds.com on Oct 17. They charged my credit card the nest day. After four weeks, I called about the status of my order, no answer on their phone (just voicemail). I wrote a letter, sent three emails, left four voicemails, no answer. Finally called the number they used to charge my credit card (Fran's Pet Supply). Frank answered "hello", I told him about the order that has never arrived, he said he'll look into it and call me back. Well that was two weeks ago. Now their phone doesn't even pick up!
Conclusion: Do not use www.fleameds.com for pet supplies. They will rip you off! I am out $120!!
