I order computer monitor that they never send they cancel my order they charge my credit card

On 8-25-03 I visited this http: etw.com, shopping for a computer monitor, I call ETW 1800421-7729 to order a VIEWSONIC G220FB DISPLAY 21" MONITOR. Order number 0001 W8438720 2273896

I paid with my credit card the amount of $454.55.
ETW promese to deliver my monitor on 3 to 5 days, two weeks past and I called back to check the status of my order, they cancel my order for no reason. They promese to credit back my credit card, and they never did.

For the past month I been tring to contact ETW but, no one answer the phone anymore, no one return my calls, no one answer my emails. It is clear that ETE dont have any intensions to refund my money.
