I used this online pharmacy to order prescription Phentermine, a popular weight loss drug. I had been going to my doctor to get it but decided to try to get it elsewhere. Anyways, I placed my order, received the "medication" and came to realize that it was fake. It looks exactly like Phentermine but it has no effect. I have no idea what they sent.
I tried to get a hold of customer service by calling the toll free number, but no one ever answers. So then I got a hold of the online representative, Summer. She said that she would investigate and get back to me within 24 hours. Never did. I emailed them, kept trying to call, kept trying to talk to "Summer" online. Although the website showed that a representative was online to speak with, because she knew my name, she would never answer me. Finally, I changed my name and she answered.
See at this point, there was a pre-authorization on my credit card but nothing was posted. It had already been over 2 weeks so I don't know why it hadn't posted but I am glad that it didn't. When I finally talked to Summer, I told her that I received fake medicine and I wanted confirmation that I was not going to be charged for it. I told her that I was going to report the website for fraudulent and deceptive practices (which really, I have no idea how to). She confirmed to me that I was not going to be charged. I printed our "chat" as insurance. Funny thing is, is that I asked her "please confirm that I will not be charged for this fake medicine" and she responded "you will not be charged for it" She didn't even try to convince me that the medicine was legit.
The reason that I wanted to report this on here is because with me, it was just Phentermine. I can live without it. But I am sure there are people out there that may order something more critical to their health, where receiving fake meds would be really bad news. I would stay away from this website.
