On 9/6/05 I ordered 2 pipes from norhwestglassart.com. The original shipping time was 7 days, but later delayed to 14-21 days. Now it is 75 days later, and the pipes are still "processing". I have sent many e-mails, and have not received a single response to any of them. Do you ever plan to send them?
