I have just come upon this site hoping to find out how to get my money back from CIC credit monitoring!!! I have never given them at any time authorization to charge my account... Ever!
In fact I dont know how they even got my info! I am outraged and I plan to take some kind of legal action! This is theft, and more than that I am sure. My bank told me to "research them", why? I dont know. I cant find anything legit.
How can they do this? Is this not illegal? What do I do next?
