Foncentral had two rebates, $25 each, when I purchased my cell phone in late February. I filed all necessary paper work by mail, which they do not have any record of.
From their website, I found e-mail address for rebates. Customer service told me to fax all documents that I had to them. Three weeks after that, they procide a phone # (888-314-9903) to talk to one of the customer service persons. When I called, CS rep tells me that they do not handle Foncentral rebates.
Meanwhile Foncentral changed the telepone number and it is only for new customers! No e-mail address or phone or fax for Foncentral to get my rebates totalling $50.00.
