He and sTEVE are both good buddies, as they can no longer satisfy a woman. Don't let Steve fool you, He'll talk about being in the Cosa Nostra, but was only a strip tease bar owner pervert and is no better than a can of trash.
Phil is also a thief stealing tools, money, jewelry, personal articles of his former wife's, conspiring with a gold digger named Kelly Wheeler and others including his own doctor's wife, to defraud the innocent. All because no one liked him anymore.
