Phil Robinette fraudulently took over $50,000 from me and my friends. He said he owned oil and gas leases. All lies. He doesn't own them and they have no oil and no gas. It took a lot of money for us to find out because he has all these papers that to someone who doesn't know the ins and outs of Texas oil, they could be real. He kept telling us he needed so much money for equipment. I saw him go through tens of thousands of dollars. Never once did he buy equipment. Because he is a junkie con artist.
He is a felon, not surprisingly for wire fraud (meaning that he had money wired to him based on untruths), and for drugs (METH). He also stole my personal information and almost ruined my credit.
I don't know why he is still walking free. He has an answer for everything, but do your due diligence and look into his life. Talk to some of the men who live by some of those leases he claims to own. They told me that every year some new person gets ripped off. Phil owns nothing. Look into his prison records through the Freedom of Information Act.
He has an answer for everything but the truth is that he is a THIEF and a LIAR.
