Frederic "Rick" Amodeo and his company Marketing Systems Services Inc are a danger to employees and businesses. Amodeo is a printing broker who takes upfront payments from companies for work to be done and then doesn't complete it but he still pockets the cash. He hires numerous employees and independent contractors and the bounces checks on all of them.
This crook has a silent partner named Lynn Rhodes who helps Amodeo hide from the numerous people chasing him for money. He also collects taxes from employees and never sends them to the IRS or the state of California-he simply pockets them. It's critical for Amodeo to keep moving because so many people are pissed off at this guy. Avoid doing anything with this crook.
