Rick Puglisi is a scam artist, a fraud, a crook and a con artist! Stay away from this guy as he will rip you off!
This con artist flat out ripped me off. This scammer took over $1860 of my money that was set aside in a special account to pay off and settle with several of my creditors.instead of him trying to negotiate with my creditors, he decided to keep the money for himself. I even offered him $250 of the $1860 to make this scam go away. He said no and refuses to give me my money back. He then had a lawyer send me a letter saying that I would have to go through them to communicate with him. He provided absolutely no services on my behalf over a 3 month period of time and now claims I owe him over $8000?
This guys business is a total fraud and you should stay as far away from him as possible. He will come across as someone you may trust, (a con man, swindler, hustler, scam artist) but the only thing this con man is after is stealing your money!
