I had an existing account with Toysrus.com for many years without any problems. When I ordered for christmas last year I forgot to change the address. When I realized this I contacted them immediately and they were able to forward some of my order. There were many items that were tracked to other addresses after they attempted to deliver to our old address.
After repeated inquiries and then complaints they never responded nor did they help locate the rest of the order. I am now our hundreds of dollars and had to re-shop for our children. I have yet to order from them again.
