Poorly placed tattoo, on the back of my head it is terribly crooked when i asked for them to fix it i got a runaround so i went elsewhere and when I asked for a refund they tried to make the matter my fault, ripoff

Ink Supremacy poorly placed a tattoo on the back of my head. When I asked to have it fixed I was given a run around so I went else where to have it fixed. When I tried to get a refund they made the situation seem to be my fault.
