Ripoff dishonest ripoff

I to received the letter from first national credit, nowhere in it does it state that you are receiving a visa or discover card it simply states that you are getting a first national credit gold card. It also states that it is for use of all purchases from credit provider. Now, the only way that it is fraudulent is if you never recieve your membership fee.
