Like everyone eles i signed up for the one month free samples and about a week later i got an e-mail welcoming me to ultra fitness. I immedeatly e - mailed them and told them that i did not want to be a member of anything and to cancel whatever they had me signed up for.
Then when i noticed a charge on my credit card for $48 i tried several times to call and when i finaly got through to some one the man i spoke with was the rudest most argumentative man i have ever had to deal with. He refused to refund my money and actualy hung up on me. I tried to call back and speak with someone eles but got no were.
So i've canceled my credit card and filed a dispute charge with my bank. I'm sure i won't get my money back but hopefuly people will see how many reports this joke of a company has against it and think twice before ordering anything from them.
