I have been through a year of poor to non-existant customer service with Dish Network. They cannot be reached by phone in a reasonable time and today they disconnected me 3 times. The lack of customer service is criminal on their part. They steal my money and provide very little. Have been trying to cancel service but cannot reach anyone! Their web site and phone system have no entry for disconnecting service.
Dish Network knows that they don't have to answer to local city government so they do as they please. I dislike the cable people too but they are infinetly better! At least I can reach Comcast on the phone.
