I ordered a vaccum on the tv and was supposed to get a vaccum an additional vaccum for no extra charge.
They were supposed to bill me $39.95 a month but instead they said when i called to check on the order that they have me down for 4 vaccums not 1 and charged me 153.90.
I live in a 1 bedroom apartment and would never have ordered 4 vaccums!
The next week they charged me an additional $73.00 to which they cant explain why they did.
I called when i got my bank statement complaining that i've never received the merchandise.
They gave me fed-x's # along with a tracking # and when i called fed-x they said that they never picked up anything from singer.
I called singer back and they said that they would credit me the 153.90 the 73.00 to my account.
It's been 3 months and i have neither received the merchandise or the credit.
Everytime i do call singer they say there is a note in the system to credit my account but in the meantime they stole $226.90 from me and it has caused me to bounce checks from my checking account at $30.00 per bounced check charge and has caused me not to be able to send a check to my electric company orbecause as far as i was concerned i thought id be charged $39.95 a month and only deducted that said amount not $226.90.
I just got off the phone with customer service which when you call takes 4 or 5 different #'s and people to get any humans to speak to for an answer and they still insist that they will credit my account which to this date of 3 month of arguing for my credits hasnt happened.
The tv ad says that if you are not satisfied you can get a full refund and keep the second vaccum for free but since i havent recied any merchandise they dont give me that option
