I am a small house cleaning business person and ordered the vaccums with such joy, only to be ripped off for $114.92.
I was dumb enough to order a 2 year warranty, 3 extra filters and my account was taken for the full amount.
I waited with hope but after 2 months realized I wasn't getting any vaccums. Mainly due to the phone # for customer service that kept hanging up and repeating the same information.
I went to the bank to find out because it was an authorized use of my card. I'm basically screwed.
The name Singer is a proven name so I thought IGIA was also.
As of today 12-4-05 on another informercial channel the same offer but the company is called Bell Lexus same vaccum so please BEWARE. The # is 1-800-718-3912 but also keeps hanging up on me.
