International Profit Associates is a company of vultures. They prey on small businesses and vulnerable owners who are trying to simply make a living.
The high pressure sales tactics and false promises were merely a tool they used to suck me into their scam. They interviewed me, the owner, and found out where I was most at risk so that they could tailor their next sales pitch to hit me where it was most tender. Before I realized what was happening I had three IPA/ITA people in my office going through my company files. These are trained professionals out for only one thing... Your money! They do not care about the viability of your company, they merely care about making their quota of hours each week so they can continue to fund the scam they're involved in.
IPA took information about my personal and business finances before I realized what was happening. They disrupted my business, put unnecessary pressure on my employees, made false promises about helping me improve my cashflow and sales, but never once gave me anything I could use to improve my business.
This company should be put out of business. They are the epitome of slime! The people that show up to your office consistently brag about being in the "top 5%" of the company's sales force and bring to the table years of experience. The only thing they are experienced at is taking your money!
My wife and I are intelligent people but we were duped by IPA. As of Friday we are out of pocket over $50k to these people for only 12 days worth of their "professional consulting" but have nothing to show for it!
We have contacted the attorney general's office in Illinois as well as Washington state. We will pursue every avenue possible in order to prevent this company from scamming any other honest business owner.
Lesson learned: Do your research BEFORE signing up for any type of services!!
