Liberty wireless/inphonic advertises all over the web on cell phone plan searches. They say cheap rates - they are not cheap when you consider how easy it is to get a no credit cell phone and plane for 39 a month these days for 300 any minutes and unlimited nights/weekends.
Liberty gives 800 minutes for $45- and for anyone wanting to know what kind of service they have just read all the negative comments on them. If you call a sales line you will be answered and able to talk to a person in a matter of seconds and it will be a friendly person. However the moment you have to call customer service with a problem the entire picture changes rapidly as you will be lucky to get thru to anyone and when you do it will not be a polite conversation - its almost as if they have been told to be mean, rude or to treat people with as little respect as possible. And no matter how many times you call it will be the same - no results.
Come on people there are other sellers that will appreciate yoyr business so dont give these con artists the pleasure of ripping you.
