This is an old scam at a frequently used address for other scams.

The letter I received from BUREAU ONE wants me to send $33 to STE-707 same address as above to find out how I can make up to $15,000 a month by giving me just 2 letters to mail.
Evidently this is an old scam different name and address run by B&G publishing in 2005

It pretty much tells you how to start a mail order business which is a very profitable business. And the two magical letters? Well, one letter you send to a list broker company asking for mailing lists, prices quotes, etc. The second letter you send to a mailing company to have them mass mail out your ads to the people on the lists. Once you learn the ins and outs, eventually you'll figure out how to just send out the two letters and have the two companies do all the work for between themselves - and you just fill the orders.
Oh - you still have to find a product to sell and they give you ideas, but they do show you how to advertise and sell it [through mail].
