Andy Foote is the director of the 911 ambulance service for the city of beaumont. Not only does he play favorites. He lies. He sweeps stuff under the rug when it pertains to his favorites like Jon Clingamen Jr. If Andy farts, Jon knows before Andy because his head is so far up his arse. The rules never apply to Andy. He will write you up in a hearbeat for breaking a rule. Will convict you without ever hearing your side of the story. Then will turn around and smoke in his city vehicle. WHich is against city policy. You wonder why this once popular service, that there was a waiting list to get hired on now, they cannot keep employees. The are running them into the ground. The citizens of BMT should be afraid.
