My belongings were moved to my present address by Metro Moving & Storage on June 14, and not all of their book/record cartons were delivered. When I complained, I was told to write to Penny Estes of Estes Relocation Services, P.O. Box 219, Woodlawn, TX 75694, which I did, and which is a buck passing ripoff.
There was a time when American companies made every effort to satisfy their customers. Unfortunately that's no longer true, especially Metro's sloppily run so-called business using irresponsible temporary help. My dollaar loss isn't great, but I've lost some treasured mementos.
