Bryan Mohr cannot be trusted. Bryan owns computer-help.Us and he is very sneaky. He entered into a signed agreement with my company. Now keep in mind, Bryan doesn't actually repair anything. He just swaps parts. This requires absolutely no skill whatsoever. He ended up entering into a contract with my company to do the work that he is not equipped to do for himself.
I was concerned about doing business with Bryan at all, because on the phone, he sounds "slow". And I'm not saying that to poke fun of people who are slow, but I interpret it as acute laziness. He's too laze to open his mouth to form a coherent sentence. And to me, that was a red flag that doing business with him would be more trouble than it's worth. Ordinarily I qualify customers before I accept them - to weed out wack jobs like Bryan Mohr.
Anyway, I ended up repairing several units for him. They were all tested before they left here - multiple times.
