Yes, I had the same thing happen to me. On my June 15 SBC SNET bill, I received the charge:

I never used their service. Since I have been "crammed", I contacted both their customer service (OAN) - the one that I was advised to call - and the FTC. I am now waiting for a response. I will keep everyone posted.
