On April 4 I subscribed to a personals site know as Match.com. I paid $29.99 taken from my bank account.
During the same month (April) I went through the process of unsubscribing and received a confirmation e-mail.
They should not have taken anymore money but did so on May 5. When contacting them by e-mail I received no satisfaction.
They informed me that they did not refund for partial month, They should not have taken the May payment to begin with. I feel cheated out of $29.99.
