At two locations suspicious guards go clock in at there happens to be sponsored networking shelters nearby and City Hall in plain sight... Those errorous persons commonly attempt to annoy, confuse, deceive, defy, disrespect, insult, intimidate, persuade, neglect, taunt, threaten these authorized witnesses! Any mistaken criminal felony brandisher with Ruiz Protective Services Inc badge, and uniform needs to get a real life along with correct understanding necessary in this inner city before looking at a severe amount of stacked charges that must be answered to in court.
